Kale Realty is rolling out our updated 2026 Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) group health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. This year, we’re introducing a brand-new resource to make comparing plans much easier: a custom Kale 2026 Health Info GPT, available 24/7 to answer your questions and break down your options in simple, agent-friendly terms.

Open Enrollment begins December 1st, and agents can enroll, make plan changes, or simply explore their choices. If you don’t make any changes, your current plan will automatically renew under BCBSIL’s renewal guidelines.

What’s Included for 2026

Dental Plans

BCBSIL offers both Passive and Active dental options, with annual maximums ranging from $750 to $5,000.

Vision Plans

All standalone vision plans include:

$130 frame/contact lens allowance
Scratch coating
Kids’ polycarbonate lenses

Life Insurance

Basic Life options: $15,000, $25,000, or $50,000 (with age-based reductions).

Supplemental Life options include:

Employee up to $500,000
Spouse up to $150,000

Kale pays BCBSIL directly each month.
Agents reimburse Kale via ACH on the 1st of each month.
The first two months of premiums are due upfront when enrolling.
Plan changes can be made during Open Enrollment or after a qualifying life event.
