CRE Kick Start Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Boot Camp Led by Theresa Mueller, MS, GRI, CIPS, CCIM
CRE Kick Start Boot Camp is an intensive, three-session commercial real estate training program designed specifically for licensed residential real estate agents who wish to expand their practice into commercial real estate. Participants receive 4 hours of CE, plus one year of NICAR Dealmaking included in the price. Delivered in three 90-minute sessions, the program provides a comprehensive foundation in CRE principles, transaction mechanics, financial analysis, legal considerations, and business development strategies.
