Kale Agent Training Camp

Kale Agent Training Camp is a live, hands-on onboarding workshop designed to help agents move from simply having access to Kale’s tools to actually knowing how to use them.

This is not a “sit back and listen” class. Agents should join Zoom from their phone while sitting at their computer, ready to log in, click through systems, complete setup tasks, and get their business organized in real time.

During Training Camp, agents will work through the tools and resources they need to operate confidently at Kale, including Dotloop, The Locker Room, KaleHuddle, Career Kickoff, brokerage support resources, professional profiles, and key business setup items. They’ll also confirm that they know where to find forms, training, contacts, and help when they need it.

Agents will walk away with:

• Access to and familiarity with their key Kale systems

• A basic working knowledge of Dotloop and where to find the correct forms
