This form is to be attached to and made part of a Multi-Board Residential Real Estate Contract 7.0 allowing a buyer to request that a seller agree to compensate a buyer’s brokerage. Additionally, to ensure this form is incorporated into the purchase contract it must be listed in Paragraph 38 of the Multi-Board Residential Real Estate Contract 7.0

This form is to be appended to all Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS exclusive marketing agreement in effect as of August 17, 2024 (active or under contract). This form should be used prior to August 17 to ensure continued compliance in exclusive marketing agreements. This form also requests that the seller acknowledges that compensation shall not be made via the MLS and authorizes and directs the brokerage to communicate the offer of compensation. Additionally, this form allows the seller to authorize and direct the brokerage to communicate the offer of compensation on their website or other ways to be defined by the parties.
