PennyPosting is a third party partner that provides an extension, which helps save significant time when posting. Note – you must use the Google Chrome browser Visit the below URL to install their extension to your browser. PennyPosting Extension Download After their extension is installed, return to YouGotListings. Click on Rentals under the Navigation Menu. Search and locate the listing to advertise. Click on the “AD” icon to the left of the listing. On the newly opened Ad Copy page enter your listing’s descriptions. On the top PennyPosting bar, click on the Post Ad button. Common Issue: Some browser’s ad blocker extension might interfere with the PennyPosting extension.  If running into issues, please try turning off the ad blocker extension.

The good news is that MRED (MLS) does it for you within a few minutes of your activating the listing!  To make sure your listings are set up for internet distribution, edit your listing and click on the Media tab. Make sure these MLS fields are set to “Y” in the Media section of the MLS listing:  Internet Listing Remarks On Internet? Property Address On Internet? VOW Comments/Reviews and VOW AVM should always be set to “N”.

Steps on how to order Business Cards from Xpressdocs: Log in to xpressdocs.com  using your email address as the username and temporary password is Marketing#1 It will prompt you to this page where you can see these icons once successfully logged in. Click the Kale Realty icon or folder to select a ready-to-use  template for Business Card. Click the template you want to use. Pricing Table will vary depending on the Quantity and the Paper Type or Coating you want for your Business Cards. It could be either None , Gloss , Matte  or Soft Touch . You have the option to choose whether back cover of your Business card shown on the screenshot. Then click, CUSTOMIZE button Make sure to fill out the necessary fields correctly such as Headshot or Image, QR Codes, and Specifications . While filling out the necessary fields, you can click the left image template to refresh the proof or after completing it you can click Generate Final Proof button to show the result. Next, select Terms and Acknowledgement to and click Continue button to Checkout. Lastly, Make sure that you review the items on the Cart, Shipping address (where to ship or deliver), Shipping Service Level (either Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Ground ), Credit Card for the payment and if you have Promo Code you can also add it from the field. Once on your business page, look at the URL in your browser’s address bar. That URL is your Facebook Business Page URL. Instagram: Log in to your Instagram account. Go to your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the bottom right corner. On your profile, click on the “Edit Profile” button. Your Instagram profile URL will be displayed at the top of the page, under your username. YouTube: Log in to your YouTube account. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select “Your Channel” from the dropdown menu. Once on your channel page, look at the URL in your browser’s address bar. That URL is your YouTube channel URL. LinkedIn: Log in to your LinkedIn account. Click on “Me” in the top right corner, then select “View profile” from the dropdown menu. On your profile page, look at the URL in your browser’s address bar. That URL is your LinkedIn profile URL. TikTok: Open the TikTok app and log in to your account. Tap on the “Me” icon in the bottom right corner to go to your profile. Tap on the three dots (…) in the top right corner to open the settings menu. Tap on “Share Profile” to copy your TikTok profile URL. Twitter/X: Log in to your Twitter account on the web or open the Twitter app on your mobile device. Go to your profile page by clicking on your profile picture or by tapping on your profile icon. Once you’re on your profile page, look at the URL in the address bar of your web browser. It should be something like “ https://twitter.com/yourusername“ . Copy the entire URL from the address bar. This is your Twitter profile URL.
