Events are a great way for you to network and meet new potential clients, vendors, & agents. Some different events I have seen done are; Client Appreciation, First Time Buyers, Staging, Market Updates.
If you are hosting an event you can team up with a vendor like a lender or attorney to sponsor your event to help with cost. Everything MUST be split evenly monetarily at the most. If the vendor pays for 25% of the costs they can only be marketed on 25% of the marketing advertisements.
