2025 Fee Structure

We’re thrilled to share some great news with you! To provide increased value, improved efficiency, and additional support in light of the evolving real estate landscape, we’ve made significant updates to our fee structure which will take effect as of 1/1/2025.

As part of our Fee Structure revision, effective January 1, 2025, the $100 commission disclosure is being replaced by the Transaction Administrative Fee Agreement. This updated document is now required for all applicable transactions.
