QUICK REFERENCE — COMMON AGENT QUESTIONS

Q: What's the most popular plan for a typical resale transaction? A: The Standard plan at $675 is a strong all-around choice — it covers all major systems plus washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances. The Comprehensive at $750 adds the refrigerator and is a great upgrade for buyers who want full appliance coverage.

Q: Can the seller pay for the warranty? A: Yes. Seller-paid warranties are very common and can be included in the contract or offered as a closing concession. Larry can help set it up either way.

Q: What does the service call fee mean? A: When a homeowner files a claim, they pay a flat $100 service call fee. Armadillo covers the rest (up to the plan maximum). There are no additional labor or parts fees for covered items.

Q: What's the difference between Armadillo and other warranty companies I've used before? A: The biggest differences are (1) flexibility — clients can use their own contractor and get reimbursed same day, (2) a dedicated Home Pro assigned to each claim rather than a random call center rep, and (3) 100% US-based support.

Q: Is there a waiting period? A: Coverage begins at closing. Seller's complimentary coverage begins when the order is placed, for up to 180 days.

Q: Can I get marketing materials or a flyer for my listing presentation? A: Yes — contact Larry at (512) 653-4148 or Larry@armadillo.one or visit the warranty toolbox section of his website at www.armadillonw.com. He can provide branded materials, slides, and one-pagers.

Q: What if my client has a pool, septic, or well? A: Those are available as add-ons. Pool & Spa is $150, Septic System is $100, and Well Pump is $100. Just let Larry know at time of order.

Q: Does Armadillo cover pre-existing conditions? A: Coverage is subject to Armadillo's terms and conditions. Contact Larry or visit www.armadillo.one for the detailed contract. Generally, systems and appliances must be in proper working condition at the time coverage begins.

Q: What is 'Brand for Brand' replacement? A: The Brand for Brand add-on ($200) means if a covered item needs to be replaced, Armadillo will replace it with the same brand when possible, rather than a contractor-grade equivalent.
