We’re making it easier than ever for you to request your brokerage statements for your listings and buyer transactions!

A brokerage statement must be generated by the brokerage approximately one week prior to closing for both listings and buyer transactions. Now, instead of emailing or calling, you can quickly request it online:

For Listings: Request Seller Brokerage Statement 

For Buyers: Request Buyer Brokerage Statement

Simply visit Kale Huddle and click on the appropriate link on the homepage. Once submitted, we’ll process your request, and you can provide the statement to attorneys for closing.
