1. Start by reviewing the Kale Health Plan GPT Before anything else, please learn about the Kale group plan here: Ask the 78 page BCBC catalog questions. For example... "I am a family of 4- what are my plan options and the costs?"
2. Compare the Kale plan with Marketplace options It’s important to compare the Kale group PPO plans with what’s available on the open Marketplace (Healthcare.gov). Some agents will qualify for lower-cost Marketplace options, while others, especially anyone wanting strong PPO coverage, may find the Kale plan a better fit. 3. If you’re interested in the Kale plan, schedule a call with our dedicated Blue Cross Blue Shield representative They will walk through benefits, pricing, and answer questions before you enroll.

4. Premium payments are made directly to Kale Realty Blue Cross bills Kale for the group plan, so agents pay their portion of the premium to Kale. This is not a profit center just a service we offer.
5. First two months of premiums are collected upfront Because Blue Cross bills in advance—and to ensure your coverage starts smoothly—we collect:
Your first month of premium, and
Your prepaid second month of premium, which is applied directly to Month 2 of your coverage
This is not a fee or deposit. It’s simply prepayment for your first two months of insurance, aligned with the BCBS billing cycle. If you cancel or leave Kale, any unused prepaid premium will be refunded or go to the end of the cycle.
After Month 2, payments switch to a regular monthly schedule.
