Kale Realty MLS Listing Terms & Conditions
To ensure compliance with MLS guidelines and maintain the highest level of professionalism, Kale Realty agents must adhere to the following terms when managing live MLS listings:
Approval Required for Edits
Once a listing is live on the MLS, agents may not edit any part of the listing text (including but not limited to property descriptions, remarks, or additional information) without obtaining prior approval from the Designated Managing Broker (DMB).
Prohibited Language
Agents must avoid using any words or phrases that violate MLS rules or Kale Realty standards.
Refer to the Prohibited Words & Phrases Document for a complete list of terms that may not be used in any part of the MLS listing.
Any violation of this policy will require immediate correction and may result in disciplinary action.
Submission Process for Edits
All text changes or updates to a live MLS listing must be submitted to the DMB for review and approval.
Send your proposed edits via email to risa@kalerealty.com or another designated contact, including the MLS listing number and details of the requested change.

Agents who fail to follow this process may face disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
Written warnings
Suspension of MLS privileges
Financial penalties for any fines incurred
