Rick Williams

Designated Managing Broker. Rick Williams has been involved with Real Estate for more than 40 years. He started his career as a real estate appraiser and eventually expanded his own appraisal business into a real estate brokerage/appraisal company. He managed his appraisal company for a 10 year period that produced more than 500 appraisals per year. In 2006 he landed a managing broker position with American Invsco Realty starting with 1 agent and within a 2 year period retrained 26 agents. He then shifted to commercial leases/sales with Executive Affiliates representing XSport Fitness with two of their numerous Chicagoland health clubs. He has done real estate sales from 5 - 10 million per year for more than 5 years. He has now come back to his roots and is now the managing broker for Kale Realty - Chicago with just over 650 agents.
