This 30-minute session will introduce you to Kale Realty and set you up for success. We’ll cover: Meet Our Team & Office Resources – Staff, office hours, door code (1937), and key contacts. Policies & Procedures – Handbook, fees, getting paid, and transaction guidelines. Education & Licensing – Post-licensing, continuing education, and Realtor associations (NAR, IR, CAR, NSBAR, MRED). Vendor Partners – Title, attorneys, home warranties, and partner offices. Culture & Growth – Join committees to waive fees and earn referral bonuses.
