• Ensure the tenant signs the disclosure, acknowledging the agency relationship.

#2. Disclosure of Personal Interest (If Applicable)

Informs the landlord if the agent has a personal or financial interest in the renting of the property, or if the agent is working with a close relative, friend, or past client in the transaction.

• If the agent has any personal or financial interest in the transaction, provide the Disclosure of Personal Interest to the tenant.
