Which Package Do You Need?

If first issued a Broker License prior to November 1, 2023: ✅ 12 Hours of CE required by April 30, 2026. Includes:

• 4-Hour Core LMS

• Anti-Trust & Sexual Harassment – 2 hr elective (1 hr each)

• Representing Buyers – 3 hr elective (Online Interactive Self-Study)

• Code of Ethics and the Law – 3 hr elective (NAR requirement)

No Final Exam | Ethics course approved by NSBAR

If issued a Broker License between November 1, 2023 – October 31, 2025: ✅ 45-Hour Post-Licensing Education required (includes 1 hr Sexual Harassment Prevention Training).

If first issued a Broker License on or after November 1, 2025: ✅ Your license will expire April 30, 2028. ✅ 45-Hour Post-Licensing must be completed between May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2028 in accordance with your sponsoring broker’s requirements.
