How do I get paid on a sales transaction?

All sales and rental commissions are paid via direct deposit (we are unable to issue physical checks – this is for your safety and convenience). If you haven’t already, please send us your bank information by clicking here.

To get paid, you must submit the following for review through dotloop:

1. Executed listing agreement (if you represent the seller)

2. Fully executed contract

3. Fully executed disclosures

4. Any addenda or amendments

5. Settlement statement and commission deposit submission

Remember, don’t wait until closing to submit your paperwork – listing agreements must be sent to the office before the property goes in the MLS and the contract should be turned in upon acceptance!
