How to Post a Listing on the PLN

If you are entering a listing into the PLN you must:

  1. have the seller sign the listing exemption form.

  2. have the seller sign the PLN exemption form.

  3. upload disclosures and listing agreements to DotLoop.

  4. SUBMIT FOR REVIEW the three documents.

  5. Watch this recording.
