Productivity Coaching at a Glance
Who it's for: producing agents (guideline: 4+ deals a year). No application: meet with Risa first.
How long: 12 months.
What you get: bi-weekly 1:1s with your coach, goal setting, accountability and workshops. The 1:1s start once you're turning in your accountability numbers to your coach every week.
Cost: 1% of the gross sale price on 10 closings, charged at each closing. No minimum, no maximum. On top of Kale's regular $400 transaction fee. The fee continues until your 10th closing, even if that takes longer than a year.
