Listing Activation Procedure

Here is the correct procedure for listing a property with Kale Realty to ensure a smooth and timely activation.

How long does activation take? Listings are activated during the hours below, usually within the same processing window you submit in.

✅ Listing Steps:

1. Accurately complete all listing paperwork in Dotloop.

2. Attach the signed documents to your Dotloop checklist.

3. Submit for review once fully executed for managing broker signature.

4. Go to www.kalehuddle.com and click "ACTIVATE MY LISTING"

📆 Activation Hours: Our team processes listing activations:

• Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm

• Saturday: one batch at noon

If you submit a request outside of these hours, there may be a slight delay until the next processing window.

⚡ High-volume listers: skip the queue

If you list frequently, you can be added to our listing whitelist so your listings go live ASAP, without waiting for the standard activation process. To request it, email rob@kalerealty.com with the subject "Listing Whitelist Request."

Note: You still need to complete steps 1–3 before your listing goes live.
