1. Buyer Agency Disclosure
Agent explains their role, fiduciary duties, and the nature of the representation to the buyer as well as how the agent gets paid
Buyer signs the disclosure to confirm understanding.
2. Anti-Fraud Disclosure
Agent explains the importance of providing accurate information and preventing fraudulent activity.
Buyer signs to acknowledge the anti-fraud obligations.
3. Affiliated Business Disclosure
Agent provides the affiliated business disclosure to the buyer, explaining any affiliations.
Buyer signs to confirm they understand potential relationships that could result in a financial benefit to the brokerage.
After Document Completion
Document Storage: All signed documents should be attached in SkySlope Checklist PRIOR TO SHOWING PROPERTIES.
Review Period: Review all documents for accuracy, and ensure that the buyer has copies of all signed disclosures for their records.
