Purpose: Provide a safe, respectful, and professional experience. â Plan logical tours and confirm access â Follow lockbox and property entry etiquette â Provide honest insights without bias â Keep client-focusedânever give codes or keys
đŹ 4. FEEDBACK & STRATEGY CHECK-INS
Purpose: Keep the process collaborative and informed. â Provide feedback to listing agents â Ask for client impressions after each showing â Adjust the search criteria based on evolving needs â Keep clients looped in on market movement
