Final Walkthrough & Closing

Be sure to schedule the final walkthrough as close to the closing as everyone can agree to do. The goal of a final walkthrough is to make sure the home is broom clean (not necessarily professionally cleaned unless agreed to) as well as to make sure nothing was broken or taken during the move that shouldn’t have been.
