🔎 4. TENANT SCREENING


Purpose: Secure the best-qualified tenant 

✅ Collect and review applications, credit, income, and background checks 

✅ Verify employment & landlord references 

✅ Present all application results to landlord for final decision 

✅ Advise on fair housing compliance & tenant selection best practices

✍️ 5. LEASE EXECUTION & MOVE-IN


Purpose: Finalize tenancy and transition to occupancy

✅ Collect security deposit and first month’s rent
