Kale Realty offers a straightforward and competitive fee structure designed to support broker success with transparency and flexibility. Below is the official breakdown of fees effective January 1, 2025.
Administrative Fees
Listing Administrative Fee: $250Charged for each residential property listed on the MLS.
Rental Administrative Fee: $95Charged when posting a rental property on the MLS.
Transaction Fee: $400Applied to each completed sales transaction.
Membership & Recurring Fees
Annual Fee: $249One-time annual brokerage membership fee.
Monthly Fee: $54Recurring monthly fee to maintain active broker status.
Rental & Commercial Transaction Fees
Residential Rental Fee: 20% + $15Deducted from the gross commission earned on rental transactions.
Fee Cap & Support Services
Cap on Transaction Fees: $6,000Once reached within a calendar year, no further transaction fees are charged.
Transaction Coach Fee: 1% + $400Optional service providing personalized support during a sales transaction.This fee is required for all agents completing their first sales transaction.
Mentor Fee: 0.75%Optional mentorship program for developing brokers seeking additional guidance.
