TRACK+ (March 2027): Dates, Pricing and What to Expect

TRACK+ is a 12-week productivity program (plus a kickoff) built around lead generation, follow-up and consistency. Each week includes on-demand videos, a workbook, checklists and a planner.

Dates (March 2027)

• Info session: Tuesday, Feb 23

• Week 1 starts: Tuesday, Mar 2

• Kale cohort: 6:30 PM Central

• National session: 1:00 PM Central

Pricing

• $0 for Kale agents in Launch or Productivity Coaching

• $100 for other Kale agents

• $299 for agents outside Kale ($199 is refunded if you join Kale)

The 3 Phases

• Launch: the 5-to-25 lead gen challenge, time management, scripts and role-play, social media

• Accelerate: getting the listing, working with buyers, open houses, follow-up and client experience

• Achieve: running your business like a business, mindset, knowing your market, consistency and conversion
