✅ Submit for Review (Classic / Beta OFF) When Beta Mode is OFF , the layout is the traditional Dotloop interface.In this version, the Submit for Review button is located in a different place than in the Beta layout. Here’s how to find it: 1. Open your Loop Go into the loop where your documents are stored. 2. Go to the “Documents” section This is usually the first page inside your loop. 3. Select the document(s) Check the box next to the documents you want to submit. 4. Look to the TOP RIGHT of the page In Classic mode, the Submit for Review button appears in the top navigation bar above the documents list. As a Kale Realty broker, you have access to our preferred continuing-education (CE) platform — an approved resource for fulfilling Illinois real-estate license renewal and post-license education requirements. ✅ Illinois Broker CE & Post-License Requirements According to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR): Brokers licensed prior to November 1, 2023 must complete 12 hours of CE every two years (renewal deadline: April 30 of even-numbered years). That includes 6 hours of Core courses , and 6 hours of Elective courses — one elective hour must be for Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (SHP) . Brokers licensed between November 1, 2023 and October 31, 2025 (i.e. first-time renewals) are required to complete a 45-hour Post-License Education program by their first renewal. For CE: courses must be taken via an IDFPR-approved education provider. 🎯 Why Use Our Preferred Partner Portal The portal is built on an IDFPR-approved platform, ensuring all courses satisfy regulatory requirements. It covers both standard CE and post-license education — depending on your license status. Offers flexible delivery (online / self-paced or webinar/live) to suit busy schedules. Once completed, course rosters are submitted to IDFPR electronically where permitted — streamlining license renewal compliance. 📝 How to Access & Use the Portal Visit our Preferred CE Portal here: [Kale Realty CE Portal] ( https://kalerealty.leaponline.com/online-education/illinois/real-estate/broker/continuing-education/courses.html ) Log in with your broker credentials (if required). Select the package appropriate for your situation — either the 12-hour CE renewal package (for renewing brokers) or the 45-hour Post-License program (for first-time renewals), or individual elective/Core courses as needed. Complete the coursework at your pace (online/self-study or live webinar). Download and save your completion certificate for your records. In most cases, course completions are reported directly to IDFPR. When ready, submit your license renewal application (by April 30 in even-numbered years) with confidence, knowing you’ve met CE requirements.
