Most brokerages make you pay for coaching. At Kale, you get The Locker Room for free. It's where top agents train. Inside you get:

The whole thing in 30 seconds

  • Step 1: Check your email for your logins

  • Step 3: Go to Kale Orientation (this unlocks The Locker Room)

  • Step 4: Set up how you get paid

  • Step 5: Log in to your tools

  • Step 6: Look like a pro

  • Step 7: Train in The Locker Room

  • Step 8: Get your first deal

  • Step 9: Know who to call

Step 1: Check your email for your logins (Day 1)

Over the next few days you'll get emails with usernames and passwords for:

  • Dotloop = where your contracts and paperwork live

  • Your REALTOR® association = your local real estate group

  • MRED = the MLS, where homes for sale are listed

  • The Locker Room = your free training and coaching (after Orientation)

💡 Tip: Make one folder in your email called "Kale Logins" and put them all there.

Step 2: Join a REALTOR® association (must be done in your first 30 days)

Kale can't hold your license without this. Pick ONE:

Then tell Kale which one you joined (email info@kalerealty.com) so we can add the right forms to your Dotloop.

Your MLS login will show up by email about 5 business days after you join.

Step 3: Go to Kale Orientation (this unlocks The Locker Room)

This is where we show you everything. After Orientation, we send you your free Locker Room login.

Step 4: Set up how you get paid (do this BEFORE your first closing)

  • Set up direct deposit. Kale pays by direct deposit only (no paper checks). How Do I Get Paid?

  • Know our fees: $400 per sale, $250 per listing, and a $6,000 cap per year (it resets every January 1). See all fees

  • How fast? Usually 1–2 business days after closing, once ALL your documents are in Dotloop.

Step 5: Log in to your tools

Step 7: Train in The Locker Room

This is the step that makes the money. Do these in The Locker Room:

  • Start with Pathway 1: take the Core Competency Assessment and go through "The 19 Things They Didn't Teach You in Real Estate School"

  • Download the script booklet (in the Files section) and practice your buyer and seller scripts out loud

  • Build your Agent Action Plan, then book time with Risa to go over it (risa@kalerealty.com)

  • Show up to the live weekly coaching. Agents who show up close more deals.
